But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:5-6 NKJV

Matthew 13:45-46 (NASB) "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking fine pearls, and upon finding one pearl of great value, he went and sold all that he had and bought it."

Isaiah 55:8-9 (NLT) ""My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts," says the Lord. "And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts."

He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He opened not His mouth; He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, So He opened not His mouth.
Isaiah 53:7 NKJV

Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.
Isaiah 53:4 NKJV

All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
Hebrews 4:15 NKJV

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.
Colossians 3:23 NKJV

Ephesians 5

Walk in Love

1 Therefore a be imitators of God as dear b children. 2 And c walk in love, d as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God e for a sweet-smelling aroma.
3 But fornication and all f uncleanness or g covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; 4 h neither filthiness, nor i foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, j which are not fitting, but rather k giving of thanks. 5 For 1 this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any l inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. 6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Therefore do not be m partakers with them. 8 For you were once darkness, but now you are n light in the Lord. Walk as children of light 9 (for o the fruit of the 2 Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), 10 p finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. 11 And have q no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather 3 expose them. 12 r For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. 13 But s all things that are 4 exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.
14 Therefore He says:
t "Awake, you who sleep,
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will give you light."
15 u See then that you walk 5 circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, 16 v redeeming the time, w because the days are evil. 17 x Therefore do not be unwise, but y understand z what the will of the Lord is. 18 And a do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another b in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making c melody in your heart to the Lord, 20 d giving thanks always for all things to God the Father e in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, 21 f submitting to one another in the fear of 6 God.
